Kothari Institute of Management & Research (OKIM& R)
, established in 1995 by Om Kothari Foundation is ranked among
the top ten B' School in the state of Rajasthan .The foundation of the
institute was laid by Dr. T. C. Kothari, Chairman of Om Kothari
Group of Industries, a business group worth 600 crores.
The
initial impetus to set up the institute came from the founder's social
consciousness and inner urge to spread management education in Hadoti
region and thereby serves the larger society . Kothari's are reputed for
their business acumen and setting up a B' school was a reflection of their
desire to infuse business acumen among the inspiring young students.
The Institute is affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University Kota and is recognized by All India Council of Technical Education (A.I.C.T.E.), Government of India, New Delhi.
